Le Neuchâtelois Nicolas Lüthi (Club Cycliste du Littoral) a remporté ce dimanche la 4e et dernière manche des Classiques du Littoral 2023. Il s'est imposé en solitaire devant son frère Patrick Lüthi (Club Cycliste du Littoral) et Raphaël Stotzer. La juniore allemande Lena Moisescu (RSG Ansbach) est la meilleure femme avec le 21e rang scratch.

Nicolas Lüthi remporte également le classement général de cette édition 2023.
